There are several gardening/flower arranging/tea tasting events on this year's calendar normally followed by a splendid homemade cream tea. Alternatively why not indulge in a course of Crystal, Reiki or Sound healing at Atlantis College we would love to hear from you. I am now able to offer one-to-one sessions or classes in Shibashi. Shibashi involves 18 gentle exercises taking movements from the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. By practicing these easy to learn slow, rhythmic exercises daily our emotional and physical health can be improved. It works by increasing our intake of oxygen and moving it around the body. Regular practice helps the body relax, reducing blood pressure, boosting the immune system as well as aiding pain relief and much more. Jacqueline Molony Qualified Practitioner & Teacher Reiki, Second Degree 13 - 15th of July 2010. Reiki captures the wonder of life, allowing us to move forward through our lives without fear.
